I am from the Nashville ,TN area . One day I was driving
to work and I ask God to help me stay in His will . About
an hour later I got a call from a DM from NC to come to Kinston
and manage a Jewelry store . My wife and I prayed and ask
God to show us . My wife left her job and we came here . After
a six months the store had done better than ever but I was
working very hard. At 1 year I was at my end . I had gone
from leading ppl to Christ to drinking and stress took over
. I had a choice to go to a lesser store . I quit and took
"just a job " making a lot less . At 1 year and 2 months we
are not in church .This is what I have learned . No matter
what things look like , how I feel / about myself /others
/ church. I learned this year the most important thing I could
learn . 1. My original agreement with God was that He is going
to mold and shape me I can't do it myself. 2. I thank God
for every thing that happens in my life. 3. I thank God for
the way I am .I have found the only thing that makes me happy
in being in the presents of the Holy Spirit and walking with
Jesus . I don't feel close to God and I sometime feel lost
. However ,I have been in that secret place and there is so
much joy and peace there . I am now not a super Christian
. I am becoming a real person in a race and my job is to finish
. Jesus said I will never leave you and He can't lie . Trent
